Monday, February 6
Portfolio Prep: Students will continue to outline wrapped animal portraits with pen and ink.
Advanced Photography: Students are to print out any outstanding prints from their Light Assignment. Students are to continue activities for Time Assignment.
Intro to Art: Students are continuing to enlarge their portrait to their 18x24" gridded paper.
Advanced Pottery: Students are rolling slabs for construction of the light box for their sculptures.
Beginning Pottery: Students are researching African American Face Jugs. They are to do independent research after the PowerPoint shown in class, and create three rough sketches - paying particular attention to the facial features, and the feeling that is created from the features.

Tuesday, February 7
Portfolio Prep: Students are to work on filling in the negative space between the bandages with pen and ink.
Advanced Photography: Students are to continue activities for Time Assignment.

Advanced Pottery: Students are assembling the slabs to form the light box on their Garden Lanterns.
Beginning Pottery: Students are researching African American Face Jugs, and create three rough sketches - paying particular attention to the facial features, and the feeling that is created from the features. Students start with pinch pot construction.
