Beginning Drawing: Students participated in completing preinstruction drawings & a written reflection of their process.
Foundations:Intro to Mandala drawings. Students were given 12x12" drawing paper and instructed to draw a tiered circle with 4 parts.
Introduction to Art:Students worked on preinstruction drawings in their sketchbooks - comprised of 2 selections, an object from around the room & their hand. Each selection was a 20 minute study.
Sculpture: Students continued with their thumbnail drawings each depicting their chosen culture.
