Beginning Drawing: Students are to choose 5 - 7 objects (bones & shells), creating a contour line drawing of each element, showing different views of the subject in their sketchbooks.

Intro to Art: Students are making improvements to their project, after listening to the outcome of the critique.
Portfolio Prep: Students are making improvements to their project, after listening to the outcome of the critique.
Beginning Photography: Review corrections on quiz
Beginning Drawing: Students are to continue contour line drawings. Once drawings are complete, students are to cut out subjects and arrange into a composition that shows strong directional movement.

Portfolio Prep: Students are making improvements to their project, after listening to the outcome of the critique.
Beginning Photography: Students are working on photograph analysis - using handout A & B.
Beginning Drawing: Students are to continue contour line drawings. Once drawings are complete, students are to cut out subjects and arrange into a composition that shows strong directional movement.

Beginning Photography: Students will complete handout B - speculating on the provided questions & citing evidence that backs their speculation. Class discussion - whose questions were the hardest to support?
Beginning Drawing: Students are to continue contour line drawings. Once drawings are complete, students are to cut out subjects and arrange into a composition that shows strong directional movement & transfer to 12x18 white drawing paper.
